Is there a way in wled to use the sunset option in timed-controlled presets to run a preset 1 hour before sunset?
Not 1 hour, but -59 minutes is possible.
I’d highly recommend running Home Assistant if you’re not already. WLED works great with it, and it’s pretty easy to to setup this automation to do what you want. There are dedicated sunset actions you can use to trigger what you want, with options for offset too.
