I bought a few ESP32 boards recently but discovered that it might be better having it more prepared but they’re too Many options outside so…
Need some thoughts and recommendations.

Get the cheapest you can and throw away the ones that do not work reliably.
If, on the other hand, you want some piece of mind, get a controller board listed in KB. Not all were verified but I can vouch for the ones from @srg74 , @Quindor and @wladi_wled .
I need ones that can have its ESP sperated
And? Have you checked their options?
They offer those as well.

I decided myself for a QuinLED-Dig-Uno v3.1.
I will give it a shot, it has a removable ESP32 which is exactly what is was looking for!
