Perhaps this is the wrong way to go about this but let me put this out there for discussion. I’m relatively new to WLED so forgive my ignorance.
I was trying to run two 300 LED WS2815 strips on GPIO16 and another 300 LED WS2815 strip on GPIO4.
Is there a way to make a chasing effect (for example) start at LED 0 on GPIO16, run to LED 600 on GPIO16 then start out LED 0 (601) of GPIO4 then finish at LED 300 (900) of the strip connected to GPIO4. All the while GPIO4 has waited for the sequence on GPIO16 to complete before it starts.
Then start the sequence again in a circular fashion creating a chase effect starting at the beginning of the 600 LED string, jumping to the 300 LED string back to the start of the 600, etc?
The reason is that I tried hooking up 3 300 LED strips in series and the drop in voltage was too great to look any good.
Perhaps I need to further research power injection but this topic has been perplexing.
Cheers
