Trouble getting time controlled presets to work

Hi, big fan of wled and used it in a number of projects, but this is my first time using presets on a timer and I’m having trouble. For context I have 4 identical commercial LED ropelights that I’ve put on a nodeMUC with the latest version of wLED. They are working fine generally.

On each I’ve set preset 1 as off (T=0),
preset 2 as the animation I want each to run,
present 3 as on (T=1)
The presets all work as expected when toggled in the app/browser.

I’ve also set each to get time from NTP server and have confirmed time is correct.
Next I’ve programed the time controlled presets to turn on at 19:00 and off at 22:30 or 23:45 depending on location. I set up all 4 chips the same, but every evening only 1 of the strands will turn on at 19:00. They all turn off appropriately at their scheduled time (once I turn them on manually first). This has been repeated for 3 nights.

I tried adding the ON preset (#3) at 19:00 and then #2 at 19:01, but still only the one strand will turn on. Is there anything I might have overlooked that’s causing this behavior?
I’ll include screenshots of the setup on the working one and one of the non-working ones for reference.

It can’t be having a quick load label assigned or not that makes a difference is it? That is the only thing I can see that is different in my setups, as the one is working is the only one I assigned one to.

Sorry about the clunky graphic, I’m new and only allowed to attach one image:

Thanks for any help or tips.

I should clarify all the units are constantly powered on- not getting unplugged.

The not working one says “On”:False so that means the lights are not on. Change it to True

Hmm, so it does, and so do the others not working. Thanks, I’ve fixed that.

Odd it would do that when I captured current state (while they were on) to set the presets. Will watch for that next time.

Cheers
