Each part will use 225 leds so 225x7 = 1,575 leds.
The question is, how many controlers we need it? Or how can control it?

Take a look at Multi Strip support in the KB.
In general 1,600 LEDs is not a lot for an ESP32 controller.
It is somewhat dependent on how much activity/effects you will be displaying.
As always, sufficient power will likely be a bigger issue than data.
