Use of resistors with 5v pixel bullet on esp32

Hello, regarding diagram located at https://kno.wled.ge/basics/wiring-guides/#addressable-led-strips

A 62 ohm resistor is used on each data line, my question is can I use two 33 ohm resistors to take the place of the 62 ohm resistor. I am using 5v bullet pixels.

Thank you.

sure.

Note (as explained in the diagram) that the correct value is usually in the 33-200 ohm range, and it depends on the wiring. 62 is not required and probably not even correct for you.

Thank you for the response. I can’t believe I overlooked that. One other question, what do they mean by loose wire?

Individual wires like this:

They require higher resistor values and don’t work well unless kept short. With a cable where the signal and ground a paired together smaller values are used (usually 33-75 ohms) and the cable length matters a lot less.
