A few things I would change:

From controllers tab:
Uncheck ‘Keep channel numbers’ on all of the controllers.
Change the first 2 from ‘xlights only’ back to ‘active’

Don’t Click 'Upload to Controller That tends to mess up your settings in WLED. -Set your outputs/pixel counts in WLED (there is no need to send any config to it from xlights)

If you did click upload to controller, go into WLED - LED Preferences and make sure your Output GPIO’s are still correct.

On your models, Why do you have the box checked to set the color order? You can set your color order in WLED Led Pref’

Thanks Keep channel numbers did the trick, but why?

I’m not 100% sure how it works. I think keep channel #'s does not allow xlights to recalculate them when you drag models to the channels. (I could be wrong) If you were using a newer (2024.15 maybe others too) build of xlights it would actually yell at you that you have to uncheck it when using DDP
