My son is on the WSU esports team and wanted to build a nanoleaf type display for when he’s streaming. But I had a better idea.
We built the Cougar Board using we edge lit silicone channels, WLED and a lot of patience.

Looking great! What’s the “edge lit silicone”? Did you just cut a channel into zur wood and fill it with silicone, to act as a light disperse for the leds behind?
No it is a flexible silicone channel with both opaque and translucent parts. It’s designed so the light comes out the edge perpendicular to the LED strip. So it is very flexible from side to side.
