Dig-quad all lights blue only

I am unable to make the lights do anything other than be blue when they turn on. Randomly the first or second light will be red or green, but no matter what I change in the WLED UI I just get blue. THe lights at WS2811 with 50 pixels. It worked last year but when I tried it this year nothing.

The ESP flashes fine and I’ve updated it to the latest software. I can connect to it fine with Wifi, etc… Must be a bad light strip?

I am suspecting it’s the light strip. Any suggestions on how to prove that?

I’ve cut off some pixels from the both ends and tried things, but to no avail. I think I am going to order a new strip and prove that is what it is.
