ESP32S3 Zero 4Strips + AudioReactive?

For The ESP32S3 it is not that clear. Is it 4 LED strips and AudioReactive oder is it 3 strips and AudioReacitve?
And Why can the “better” ESP32 S3 only 4 strips and the weaker ESP32 S2 5 strips?

First, that info is outdated, the S3 can do more now, at least with 0.16, not sure what the limit is in 0.15.1

Second, S3 is not “better” as you can see from the number of outputs, its a slimmed down, modernized version.

Thank you for that answer. Based on that i ordered one and you are right. i can add up to 20 output pins in the user interface. I need 4 + AudioReactive so thats enough for me.

I thought the S3 is the “better” one because of higher clockspeed and more memory.

it does not have higher clock speed, both are 240MHz. It does have more memory in practice though plus it usually comes with PSRAM but due to that fact it can be harder to get up and running with WLED as you need a firmware that matches the EXACT hardware configuration and that cannot be auto-detected (at least not yet), many do struggle with that.
