ESP8266-01 1MB flash and WS2812 Strip

Hi,
Thanks to the creator of this wonderfull project. it is almost i have been maiking different light bars and modules out of ws2812 with wled interface and i found it very interesting. recently i made one small esp8266-01 controller with ws2812 firmware, but i am getting “wled error 2”. I have read in this forum that the binary is compiled for 4mb of Flash. in one of the topic and solution, the same was compiled for 1MB flash for 2801 LED.
Is it possible to compile the latest version for 1 MB flash and WS2812 LED?
