Extend LED Stripe 300 to more

Hi,
I just al litte bit confused about the extension of a LED Stripe. I using SK6812 RGBW stripes with 5m 60LEDs/m and the controller: ESP32 Model: GL-C-010WL with a IC quantity of 800 max.

If I extend the Stripe e.g. from 300 to 600LED while the controller is running, I can extend in the LED preferences the amount from 300 to 600 and all is fine. Until the next restart of the controller. Then just the first 300LEDs are running,

I tried following settings:

Setting 600LED → 0 to 300 are working
Setting 500LED → 0 to 300 are working
Setting 400LED → 0 to 300 are working
Setting 200LED → 0 to 200 are working
Setting 280LED → 0 to 280 are working
Setting 320LED → 0 to 300 are working
Setting 320LED starting LED 20 → 20 to 320 are working, also only 300 LEDs

If I switch off the system, start with only one stripe and extend during the controller is running, all settings are working correct. So I can set up 300m 400, 600LED whatever I want to and all is fine until the next restart .

Any ideas what’s wrong with the settings?

Are you running a saved preset? Those save your segment LED counts. You would need to update your saved preset(s).

Thanks a lot the segments have been the problem. Now it’s working like expected
