No guarantees - that is a slightly odd looking strip - but it claims it acts as a SK6812 LED controller which is supported by WLED. So it SHOULD work.

That said, there are lot of other strips too like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N49DSC1, unless the 24V part is a requirement.
