Need help with RGB Analog and WLED Settings

I have these Rock LED lights for a truck and they are basically dumb RGB lights.

Here is a light example:

I am using the board below with FR1205 MOSFETS

I have the pins correctly inputted into WLED as 15,13,12 and set LED output to PWM RGB per the sketch

I am measuring the correct voltage on the board and on the actual light itself, but the lights are not on? I can directly hookup up a 5V source to the light and get them to blink. So I know I have the voltage right. What am I doing wrong here?

You have the jumpers set properly for voltage and the red and green channels?

Here is the Cree tech specs:

Right now I have the board set to 5V and I have attempted the 12V as well but since I can hook up the lights directly to a 5v source and they blink on, I am assuming the 5v works. The above specs second that.
