Hi there,
Loving the WLED project! Another awesome opensource project!
One question I have is I have heaps of these 4wire led strips kicking around, RGBW labelled RBG+.
Also they are 12v.
Is it possible to use this with the WLED project?
Thanks

Very possibly.
What are the 4 wires labelled on the strip?
Can you post a picture?
Yes, but not directly. You’ll need some sort of power amplifier/switcher to step up the outputs from the ESP to drive enough current into the strip.
The strip is a single LED from WLED standpoint (not addressable, so the entire strip will be whatever color WLED is driving). WLED can do PWM to get different colors, but your LED switch/amplifier will need to support 3 channels and switching speed fast enough to pass the PWM signal.
As @gduprey mentioned, that’s an analog strip.
The colour is set for the whole strip not single LEDs.
You can see some example MOSFET circuits to drive them in the Knowledgebase.
