I am brand new to wled but do have a computing/programming background.
I have looked at features and patterns, and cannot see anything specifically for rings.
I thought someone may have coded for rings online so hope someone can guide me. I have esp32s that i can use and will be interfacing with Home Assistant. It would be good to find examples to try out and perhaps i can learn wled basics from examples, plus how to connect everything together.
I realise this is fairly vague but i want to learn so any led ring examples would be great.
Rings are so nice and can be used in multiple ways , if you just want to use it as matrix in 2D then there is examples here in discord using ledmaps Discord , as you see in the gif that would mean you can use 2D effects like text or use pictures , stream video …etc
I personally like to use rings both in 2D and in 1D as if you have time to experiment you could do a lot in 1D with segments
