Output 4 not part of presets

Hi, I have a DigQuad with all 4 outputs configured (1309 LEDs, one segment), but for some reason, either does not have the same color pattern or does not light up at all on specific presets (below). Thoughts?

Any thoughts on this? How can I ensure that ALL outputs are included in all presets/effects?

outputs and presets are not related, the segments are.
if you segment has the correct length, the output will be used.
