Is it somehow possible to skip more than the first LED?
Maybe start the main segment a few LEDs in?

It seems that after a reboot it “forgets” the settings of the main segment.
You have to save it as a preset, then recall it at boot. 
So I must uncheck “use current state” and “include brightness” when saving the preset. What about “save segement bounds”? I only want the main segment changes to be saved as a preset, not an effect, color etc.
You have to save the segments as well of course, otherwise the segment settings will be gone at reboot.
