Hello…
Just a little question.
Trying to understand what im seeing here…
…and why are things in red?
Thanks in advance.
I can say it’s a list of devices, The instance list to be precise and it’s used as a shortcut to other devices…
Unfortunately tho I cannot tell Why some values are marked Red… Sorry
Hi…
Thanks for the response…
I’d do use it to swap between devices that are currently powered on…
Just thought I’d ask … odd I’d expect someone to know.
And why is the fps so different on the matrixes …?
And where are all my left socks,?
Oops sorry , washing machine question…
Was on a roll !!
Any clarity would be appreciated
Lol…
Based on visual and Personal experience: the FPS are dropping by the amount of LEDs. more LEDs= less frames.
It’s not noticable in certain cases but for instance driving 2048LEDs may result a lower frame rate than for example 700LEDs
I’m building a 9 16x16 matrix grid. So that frame rate thing may play a part. Will have to look out for that.
Any ideas on the red entries on the pic at all?
Thanks btw l…
That’s doesn’t look like regular wled. Maybe MM?
Hi
Yes its MM . Its been the default install me more or less since its birth… but never really poked around other areas than whats needed. Wonderful fork.
Its just mocked up in place as to why it looks shoddy lol
Thanks for your reply. Is there a way to maintaine a frame rate by wireing things up different?
Yes, use multiple outputs.
I did think that in the first instance.
Was going to give each of the 9 panels there own output to maintain the frame rate. Although able to figure something else would break.
Thought maybe the way i chain the panels.
So decided 3 outputs… 1 to a set of 3 panels . Think thats a middle ground…
Unless theres a better way.?
