No, not yet. I suspect the IC on the strip may have been damaged, so I’m currently waiting for some new hardware to arrive…
I had these same symptoms and found my data wire was connected to the wrong pin on my esp32. Might want to double check. Otherwise best of luck!
Okay, so a couple of weeks’ summer vacation and some strongly worded emails, my supplier picked up one of the tubes and took it home to see if they could breathe life into it. Eventually, they disassembled it and found that they had indeed soldered the wires on the wrong end of the strip.
After fixing this, it works as expected with both arduino/neopixel and with pixelblaze - i imagine it works with WLED as well.
@Kai-X1 @esbeeen I managed to get this working, what was needed was a logic level shifter to boost the 3.3v ESP32 signal to 5v. Take a look at this page on the wiki:
