Updating to v14 fixed it for me thankfully, been strong for 5 days solid now and the 17 presents are still working
Same issue here on DigQuad @ v0.13.3. I have 12 presets + a playlist. I have been trying to equalize the apparent brightness for the items in my playlist. I haven’t been successful yet as every time I try, I get the error and have to try to recover.
If you haven’t yet saved your presets… do it now! The fastest, most likely to succeed recovery method I have found it is:
- Turn of power (via web/app interface)
- Delete each preset one-by-one until there are no presets left.
- Test pattern:
a. Set a very simple test pattern (solid, white, 3x3 group/space)
b. Enable the LEDS (this is just to test that all is healthy - Reload from my saved presets
- Power cycle the whole shebang
- Viola
Put me in the skeptical camp that v.014b does anything to resolve this. ‘Could’ be it has more to do with wiping current presets on upgrade or something like that.
Has anyone experiencing this problem had it occur when they weren’t tweaking, adding, or otherwise changing presets?
This hurts as I spent actual weeks trying to get around it. Thank you for nothing.
