Lighthouse Segments

Hello, I build a lighthouse with 26 WS2812B-LEDs. 2 Segments, 1-10 and 11-26. I want the first one blinking and the second one always on. I have 2 presets, each one is working fine, but I want them work together: blinking and on. Version of WLED is 0.14. on ESP32 Wemos.
Can anyone help me?

Not sure that is the question but , i setup two segments one ( blinking 1-10 and always on 11-26)

I see the first segment blinking and the 2nd solid . I have no strip to test but only matrix but should be exactly same but if you setup like that and does not work then show segment config or video

do you have 2 segments doing two different things saved under the same preset?

Yes you can have more then one segment doing different effects and that can also be saved under the same preset. Try it out
