Lights turn off after preset cycles once

No trouble assigning presets and assigning to cycle. But certain effects turn my lights off after a single cycle. Example setup 4 presets 1 - 4 with preset 1 being Chunchun. After the 4 preset it goes back to Chunchun for about 1 second and turns off all lights. I change it to Fade and it doesn’t turn off. Change 1 to Merry Christmas and again it shuts off after 1 cycle. Very strange. Any thoughts?
