Presets and playlists won't save in 13.3

I have an octa and cannot ever save a preset or playlist…been reflashed, reinstalled on tzblet and computer.

Which ESP? Which file did you use to flash and how did you do it?

I’m giving up…sending back the controllers. Thanks for the thoughts.
