No, but this is not limited to Dig-Uno.
WLED cannot play 2 playlists at the same time.
Still, I think you interpreted the “playlist” wrong. Most likely you meant “different effect on each strip”. The answer to this is yes, you can set up each strip as a segment and have it controlled separately.
