I have been using a nightly build dated 2025-09-06 (WLED_0.16.0-alpha_ESP32_V4.bin); this has been working just fine on 4 ESP32 boards that I purchased from Amazon. Out of curiosity, I flash these units with the latest nightly (WLED_17.0.0-dev_ESP32.bin), dated 2026-04-04. I found that all of the devices will drop out from my Wifi network after a while and will not recover unless power is cycled. I flashed v16 nightly firmware and things will work perfectly again. I repeated this experiment 3 times and got the same results over 2 days. I don’t have a need to upgrade the firmware, but just wanted to mention this in case someone else may run into the same issue.

Flashed my devices using the latest nightly, 20260407, and the issue seems to have been fixed. Three devices have been running for 5+ hours without issues. Thanks.
